Rentman is a rental-industry standard, especially for AV and production
companies. Everything below is sourced from their published pages, as found on
9 August 2026 — sites change, and this page includes what they do better, not
only what reads differently here.
What a security claim actually names
Rentman
Their dedicated security page says it meets "the highest industry standards"
without naming one. The one certification claim on their site is a badge in
the homepage footer — and its own alt text names the certificate holder as a
different company:
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 badge, rentman.io footerCertified: Ecosystem Technologies Private LimitedNot "Rentman" — read directly from the badge's own alt text
That may simply be a parent or operating entity — there is no way to know
from their site, and this is not a claim that it is not. What is verifiable
is that their own security page never names a certification directly; a
visitor has to read a badge's fine print to find one at all.
VenWeave
No badges. /security quotes this site's and the
application's actual response headers, live, so a claim can be checked in
your own network panel instead of taken on a graphic's word:
Content-Security-Policy, quoted in full
What the application does — audit log, permissions, two-factor
What it does not have, named directly — SOC 2 and ISO 27001 included
The checklist
Category vocabulary
RentmanInconsistent across their own site — "software" in the title tag, "platform" through most headings, "the Operations Management Platform" in their nav.VenWeave"A vertical ERP for event services" — the same words in the title tag, the hero and every page on this site.
"ERP" and "P&L" in the vocabulary
RentmanNeither word appears — checked their homepage, pricing, security, customers and both comparison pages.VenWeaveBoth, on purpose. A thirteen-site sweep of the category found zero hits for either, across every competitor checked.
Document structure
RentmanTwo identical H1 elements on their homepage, both reading the same headline — an A/B-testing tool renders both variants into the page and picks one client-side.VenWeaveOne H1 per page, everywhere on this site — nothing here decides what you see after the fact.
Security claims: named directly, or implied by a badge?
RentmanImplied. Their dedicated security page never names a certification; the one claim on the whole site is a footer badge whose own alt text credits a different company.VenWeaveNamed directly on /security, including what is not certified yet — nothing to take on a graphic's word either way.
Third-party review signal
Rentman4.6 stars from 200+ reviews on Capterra — with a recurring complaint about weak financial and accounting reporting.VenWeaveNo public reviews yet — one customer is not a sample size. Reading the margin by department is this site's whole pitch, aimed at exactly that complaint.
Pricing published
RentmanYes — real numbers, starting around €39 a month plus per-module add-ons. A genuinely transparent practice, and one worth naming as such.VenWeaveNo numbers here yet — a five-minute conversation instead, and this site says why.
Named customers, testimonials, case studies
RentmanA logo grid of named companies, each linking to its own site — real, though no individually attributed testimonials were found on their homepage or customer page.VenWeaveNone yet. This product has one customer — the operation it runs inside today.
AI-assistant readability (llms.txt)
RentmanA file exists at that address, but it is two lines — "allow everything" — not a structured file written for a language model to read.VenWeaveNot built yet either. Neither site has really done this one.
Migration, export and exit, answered up front
RentmanTheir pricing page answers cancellation directly (email support, no refund on a downgrade or a cancellation) but never addresses data export or migration.VenWeaveAnswered directly on this site: what imports today, what does not yet, and what a full data export actually means right now.
What loads on the page
RentmanBuilt on Webflow, with an A/B-testing tool, an animation library, jQuery and a feedback widget all layered on top — different visitors can see different content by design.VenWeaveNothing. This page's Content-Security-Policy has no script-src at all — not "no unsafe scripts," no scripts, full stop.

keep current — if something above has changed, that is worth knowing, and
telling us fixes it faster than we would find it ourselves.
