What happens to what you send us.
This page states exactly what the forms on this site collect, why, and how long it stays. Every line below describes what the code actually does, not a general policy — if a form here collects something, it is listed.
- What the form asks for
- Name and email are required. Company, role, team size and what you run today are optional. That is everything a person types — every "Talk about" tray and the Request access tray use the same six fields.
- What we record without asking
- Your IP address and browser user agent are written down with every submission, alongside what you typed. Neither is shown on the form.
- Why we keep the IP address
- It is a spam floor, not a tracker: five submissions from the same address in an hour and the sixth is turned away before it reaches the database.
- How long we keep it
- Indefinitely, today. There is no automatic deletion yet. Email us and we will find and remove a record by hand.
- Who reads it
- VenWeave staff, through the admin. Nobody else. It is not sold, shared, added to a mailing list, or handed to a third-party service — nothing here triggers an email, a webhook, or a CRM sync.
- Cookies and analytics
- This site sets none. There is no tracking pixel and no analytics script on venweave.com — the page's own security policy would refuse to load one even if we tried. Reload the page and check the response headers: there is no Set-Cookie.
- Third-party requests
- There are none. This page used to load its typeface from Google Fonts, which sent every visitor's IP address to Google before the page even rendered — that stopped on 9 August 2026, when the font moved onto this domain. Every request this page makes now stays on venweave.com, and the site's security policy enforces that rather than just saying it.
- A field you cannot see
- Every form on this site carries one extra field, hidden from a person and left for a script to fill in. A filled one is answered like a normal submission but never recorded — that catches a script, not a real visitor, and it collects nothing from you either way.
- If you want a record removed
- Email info@venweave.com with the address you submitted, and we will find it and delete it.
