Meet Evee.
Evee is a planned email assistant, not a shipped feature — the first of what will eventually be more than one assistant on VenWeave. Her one job: read an inbound client email, and draft a suggested quote from what is in it.
Scope
What she will do — and only that, at first.
One narrow job, done well, before anything gets added to it.
- Reads the email
- An inbound client message lands, and Evee reads it for what matters — the date, the headcount, the ask — the way a coordinator skims it today, not by forwarding it anywhere new.
- Drafts a suggested quote
- She assembles a quote from what she read, against your own catalog and rates — the same line items, the same venue commission and tax rules already built, not a separate calculation of her own.
- Leaves it for you
- Nothing sends itself. A suggested quote sits as a draft until a person reviews it, edits what she got wrong, and sends it — the same review step every quote on VenWeave already goes through.
